BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — Nearly 200 apartments on Atlantic Avenue are up for grabs in the city’s Affordable Housing Lottery and you won’t need a six-figure income to apply.

Some apartments are as cheap as $375 per month.

The 199 units at 1911 Atlantic Ave. will be available through NYC Housing Connect and are available through Jan. 4 for applicants earning between $16,000 and $132,000 per year, depending the list.

Apartments have vinyl floors, Caesar stone quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and central heating and air conditioning, according to the listing.

A problem for those who have four-legged friends: no animals. But building amenities that could make up for that include a gym, laundry room, and rooftop terrace.

New Yorkers looking to pay less than $1,000 in monthly rent have several options to choose from in the Atlantic Avenue building.

Six studios for just $375 a month are up for grabs for New Yorkers earning between $16,218 and $32,040 a year.

Nine studios at a cost of $843 are offered to households earning between $32,263 and $53.40 annually.

Seven one-bedroom apartments at $478 per month are available for those earning between $20,160 and $36,030 per year.

Six two-bedroom apartments with monthly rent of $570 are available for households bringing in between $24,309 and $43,230 per year.

Five three-bedroom units listed at a monthly rent of $652 are up for grabs for those earning between $28,149 and $49,650 per year.

The most expensive units available are a batch of three-bedroom apartments that cost $2,501 per month.
