The Bixby marks Scully Company’s second community in New England and is consistent with targeted portfolio expansion in the region.
Scully acquired the property at market rate from Blackfin Real Estate Investors with disposition and financing coordinated by Berkadia. The Pennsylvania-based company intends to update select unit interiors, improve common areas, and provide a top-notch living experience for residents.
